When the owner approached us for consultation, he said that this item annoyed him because his suite could not be rented out, so he decided to make some renovations under the pressure of a long-term vacant house. I went around to introduce to find Inn Apartment, and further consultation and analysis.

At first, we saw the location of the case site - it is very close to the MRT station and bus station, it is an elevator building, there are administrators to collect packages, and there is even a garbage collection service. We couldn't believe it was difficult to rent a suite in such conditions, until we went upstairs to the house, we found the problem!

|Ventilation rooms also get moldy?|

As soon as I walked into the corridor, I found that several lights were flickering, and the floor was not cleaned regularly, resulting in some dead bugs.

As soon as we walked into the room, we found that because the windows were not opened, the wet weather in Taiwan made the walls moldy. Seeing such a situation, we knew the reason why the house could not be rented out.

On such a house with excellent congenital conditions, the Inn Apartment team only made a basic update and renovation plan; it was able to maximize the existing advantages, improve the housing conditions, and optimize the quality of life of the residents.

1. Every room here has windows, although not every room is well-lit, but at least they are ventilated.
2. Although the walls of the house are slanted and there are many irregular spaces, the system cabinets can be customized to make the whole space appear more square.
3. We also provide a flow table and personal washing machine in each room, which greatly improves the function and quality of life.

In the past, most of our furniture used pastel colors to match, but this time we got rid of the past! Several pieces of furniture use neutral color matching, and in the overall configuration, neutral color matching makes the overall soft style more urban and modern, and has a very finishing effect.
