*Suitable for homeowners who will not change the layout of the house。

*Services include: design proposal, measurement and evaluation, demolition and removal, mud work, carpentry, water and electricity, painting, style design, procurement, layout, photography, etc。

*Service process: NT$6,000 (tax excluded)/time for a complete evaluation proposal, and the confirmation of construction can be deducted from the project cost

*Service process: Soft decoration evaluation fee is NT$5,000 (tax not included)/time, and the confirmation of construction can be deducted from the project cost

What is the legal application process for apartment modification?
  • Both Taipei City and New Taipei City need a letter of consent from the lower floor and an application for electricity. All building materials need a certain level of load-bearing and fire protection. If the application is legal, you don’t have to worry about being reported or being liable for damage to the building.
