Can juridical person (company) residence participate in chartered escrow? Yes。

What services do property management provide? Inn Apartment has many years of experience in rent management. We will rent out the house for you, screen the tenants, and manage the life of the tenants and the big and small things of the house. If any situation arises, Inn Apartment will also report to the landlord as soon as possible, respect the ideas and needs of the landlord, and provide professional advice, so that you can worry-free and save effort.
How is the hosting fee calculated? The fee is based on 10% of the total rental income received in the month as the management fee. If the lease agreement with the tenant is signed for more than one year, an additional month's service fee will be charged (if less than one year, half a month will be charged).
How does Inn Apartment screen tenants? Inn Apartment believes that screening tenants is like an interview. During the conversation, they will ask about the tenant's occupational background, the start date of renting, why they moved, etc. Through the detailed communication process, we will judge whether the tenant meets the landlord's requirements based on our many years of actual combat experience. What should I do if I encounter a tenant who is in arrears with rent? We would recommend notarizing the contract before signing it. According to the current general regulations, in order to seek legal channels, the tenant must pay two months’ rent in arrears after the “deduction of the deposit” to meet the conditions for terminating the contract. However, if it is notarized before the signing of the contract that "enforcement shall be directly enforced", a lot of tedious time can be saved.
