Before checking in

Q: What’s the equipment in the basic type room of Taipei Inn Apartment?

A: There are (double/single) bed/ closet/ desk/ clothesline/ personal bathroom/ TV/mini fridge/ hair dryer/ free wifi/ cable TV. Public area: washing machine/ clothes dryer/ water dispenser/ simple kitchen and living room(Gongguan #1 only).

Q: What time can I make an appointment to see the apartment?

A: Mon-Sun 12:00 P.M. ~ 18:00 P.M (Please call to make an appointment).

Q: How about the deposit?

A: The deposit differs according to your room type. Further information please see this page.

Q: What’s the minimum days to rent?

A: the minimum days to rent is 30 days. We take 30 days as a rent basis.

Q: How does a foreigner rent a room of Taipei Inn Apartment?

A: You can rent with a personal passport. Please call us. There will be English specialists to serve you.

Q: Via what way that I can pay?

A: We take cash/ PayPal/Insto/ATM Transfer.

Q: Do you rent the room for under 1 month?

A: No, we don’t.

Q: What if I check in late?

A: There are two way to check in beyond our office hour: 1. 19:00-23:00 we will charge NT$1000 if you need our reception. We send you a route guide so that you can check in by yourself.

Q: Can I have a receipt with company title and tax ID number on?

A: Sure. We do provide this kind of receipt. But there will be extra 5% tax.

After checking in

Q: What is the service Inn-Taipei provide?

Shuttle bus/ package tour booking/ package collection/ room cleaning/ trash taking(free)/ (some of our service may charge extra fee)

Q: What if there is emergency circumstance and need to contact the landlord?

A: You can call our office during business hours (10:30a.m.~19:00p.m.). And there’s a 24-Hour Customer Service Line to call after 19:00p.m.

Q: What kind of the Water heater installed in the room of Taipei Inn Apartment ?

A: The water heaters in our rooms are electric water heaters, which is safer than gas water heater. Please note that the amount of hot water is just enough for 10-15mins. If the hot water runs out, it would take some time to refill, and the water would be cool for sometimes. We don’t recommend to turn the hot water on continuously for over 15 minutes.

Q: How does the electric fee been calculated?

A: Please refer to this page.

Q: What if I terminate the rental contract earlier before the 30th day?

A: Please refer to the refund process page.

Q: How to calculate the rent if I want to renew the contract.

A: The daily rent would be one month rent divide 30(days). The electric fee would be calculated separately.

Q: What if I check out after check-out hours?

A: We’ll charge 1hr/NT.150 (some rooms do not apply to this price). Checking out after 3p.m. will be charged for the rent for one day.
