DEPOSIT INSTRUCTIONS

1. Room walls and furniture must be kept neat and tidy. Ideal Housing Taipei has the right to deduct the deposit in any case where it is necessary to restore the room to its original condition. 

2. All items and appliances within the accommodation are included in the price. (refer to the sign on the room's door for further information) In the case of destruction or loss of property, the hotel is entitled to payment. 

3. All garbage must be disposed of (there is NTD$3,000 cleaning cost for any garbage or personal items left on the premises)

4. If the deposit cannot be returned due to failure to make an appointment 7 days prior to the day of rent termination and electricity bill settlement, then, for Taipei, we only offer deposit refunds to an NTD currency bank account (with an extra NTD $15 processing fee).
